Mary Jo Aleshire

Mary Jo Aleshire, age 57, of Sunburg, died Sunday evening, April 17, at Glen Oaks Care Center in New London following a 14 year battle with Huntington's Disease.

Mary Jo was born August 16, 1958 in Richfield, Minnesota, the daughter of Joseph and Audrey Driscoll. She grew up in the Richfield community and graduated from Richfield High School in 1976. she worked for Control Data for a number of years before staying home to raise her children. In 1998, she moved to Willmar and on February 27, 1999, she married Ron Aleshire. Mary Jo enjoyed watching TV and going on walks, but most of all she loved being a mother and raising her children. For the past several years she had resided in REM Homes and Glen Oaks Care Center.
